  To those people reading this: I will keep this short for management as they have a short attention span: Your place is terrible. The experience on the 5/8/17 was horrendous. A night ruined by management who booted out a friend while we were there for a function. There was no need. It was an ignorant and brutish behaviour to a lovely woman. There was nothing level headed about it. And the need to kick people out from supporting friends at the pokies seems counter-intuitive. The basics of customer service is communication. Their self-importance prevents any understanding of human interaction. To put it simply: Your customer service is handled by sub-incompetent managers.
  Furthermore, your food was terrible. I had a burger that was basically reconstituted meat. In Conclusion you live up to your old name:
  The Mean Fiddler.
