I asked the stylist who did not speak English for 1-2cm off my hair, after his colleague translated he then cut about 10cm off my hair leaving me a with a terrible length hair I can’t do anything with. Then the staff have been unhelpful thus far with getting a refund.

Sam who styled my hair today was excellent and did a perfect job! can't recommend him more.
