  I was after 4 tons organic soil and i was recommended Premium Garden Mix by a staff of Turtle Landscaping supply. However, what i got was most portion of sand and hardly seen organic stuff. They said this is what they sell for years and no complains. So if you are after quality "SOIL" rather "SAND", just have to avoid their products.

  EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF. I went to the office on Thursday morning to enquire about the extra delivery charges which I was allegedly charged. That was after I spoke with one of the staff who agreed that I’ve been charged extra and told me to come to the office and get the refund The younger bloke on the right hand side as you enter the office had my turn. I can’t believe someone can be so rude. The guy was so rude and was intimidating that his behaviour shook me and took me a couple of days to try and leave it behind. I wasn’t even able to complete the conversation about being over charged as it felt to me that the guy is getting violent towards me. I’ve never faced such a rude guy in my entire life. Extremely annoyed by the kind of behaviour I’ve experienced. Never ever I’m going to go back to Turtle nursery.

  I just bought 3 cubic meters of veggie mix from Turtle Nursery for my garden beds. Before I did the purchase, I looked around online and found Turtle. I noticed there are some negative reviews about them. So I hesitated to contact them. I then thought a supplier with transparent prices online, have so many products and have been in business for so long could be that bad? I gave it a try by calling them. The staff Darren who answered the phone was polite and he answered my questions in a nice manner. The price is good. I saw no reason why not placing order with them. They delivered the order next morning. The driver Todd is a very nice guy. He unloaded the soil to exactly where I wanted. The soil looks good to me, matches the photo and description on their website. So my experience with them is very good.
