The online process was easy and we were even more impressed when we arrived there. There was a staff member outside the medical centre to assist us in registering and confirm our online bookings. She then directed us to a huge open space nextdoor where they were administering the vaccines. Safely spaced apart seats and very well ventilated waiting area. The 4 of us were called in right away and the staff Leanne and other lady (sorry, didn’t catch her name) were both so accommodating and lovely. We all highly recommend this centre for their excellent service! Well deserved 5 stars!

The appointments have been on time or I have had to wait 5-10 minutes which is pretty good.
We see Dr Mark Charteris and he is kind, professional and always looks after our needs.
