  Bought a pair of sunglasses from here in June 2019, the sunglasses came with a 2 year warranty, while still covered in warranty I went in to show them that sunglasses were faulty, they told me they would refer the matter to their manager, 3 weeks later I cam back to the store to follow up and the manager was still not in store and the employee said he cannot do anything until the manager was back and was extremely rude, 2 months after I had still received no phone calls and went back and they said my warranty had now run out and they wouldn’t look at them, I have since contacted sunglasses hut support team and still received nothing back.
  
  Abysmal customer service.

  Want to praise the two girls who assisted me last Friday (23Sept22) with fixing my husband's sunglasses that he wears on a daily basis. He purchased the pair at a different Sunglass Hut branch few years ago and one of the screws had come off. They were able to fix it within minutes. Thank you for being amazing even at the end of your shift.

  If there were zero or no star, I would have been given it to this store. I have purchased a pair of glasses last year and I did lose the receipt. The glasses have a manufacturer issue and I wanted to claim it to the warranty. I went to the store and I asked for a copy of my purchase and I have provided the girls with a copy of the transaction from my bank account, but they refused to give me a copy of my receipt. The girls stated that the regional manager has declined the issuance of the receipt because it is against the company policy. I have contacted the customer care and a number of other stores in NSW and they all agreed that getting a copy of my purchase is easy process and it is not against the company policy. I am not sure why this store has insisted not to give me a copy of the receipt and why?
  
  I am very upset and disappointed with the service in this store and obviously wondering why big company like sunglasses hut has a store like this carrying their name. It is absolutely appalling situation and very disturbing.

  An Amazing experience when exchanging sunglasses, The customer service was really good from the employees being very helpfull and respectful. Really recommand going here!!!

  One of the most helpful and honest staff members I've ever met works here! She went to a lot of trouble to return my phone i'd left behind. With customer service like this why wouldyou buy sunglasses anywhere else!!
